Beer selection
Naturally, our beer comes from Bavaria. We pour light and dark lagers, and no proper Bavarian restaurant can do without wheat beer, which is held in particularly high esteem in our house. Both Weihenstephaner, our house beer, and Kuchlbauer, which we import ourselves, are famous for their excellent wheat beers.
Much of our beer selection can be bought to take away by the six-pack or crate.
Weihenstephaner, our house beer
Our house beer comes from Bavaria: from the town of Freising, from Weihenstephan hill and the old abbey where brewing began in 1040. Weihenstephan considers itself the oldest continuously operating brewery in the world. It is best known for its excellent wheat beers, which have won awards at beer competitions around the world again and again.
The only official Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan restaurant outside Germany.
Kuchlbauer, Abensberg
Our owners think very highly of wheat beer, so we went looking in Bavaria and found Kuchlbauer Weissbier Brauerei, a small family brewery in the town of Abensberg that focuses on wheat beer. At Kuchlbauer the art of brewing has been handed down from generation to generation. The owners are also known for their love of art: the brewery grounds hold a remarkable Kunsthaus and Der Kuchlbauer Turm, a tower designed by the famous artist Hundertwasser.
Restaurant München is the exclusive importer of Kuchlbauer beers.

Prinz Schnaps
In the heart of the Leiblach valley, a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Constance, the Prinz family has been devoted to making fine schnapps since 1886.
Only the best sun-ripened fruit goes into Prinz schnapps. Classic raw and fine distillation, together with four generations of experience, produces schnapps, brandy and cream liqueurs of the highest quality.
